    What kinds of injuries do you help with?

    We support a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, including:

    You can easily book a 20-minute video consultation through our website. During the session, an Orthoguyz orthopedic coach will review your symptoms, answer your questions, and help you determine your next steps for recovery — no clinic visits or insurance needed.

    • Individual Services: Fix-It Programs ($49 each), Video Consults ($39 per session).

    Do you provide in-person care?

    Orthoguyz is a virtual-only service, but we maintain a strong referral network of trusted orthopedic providers in all 50 states. If in-person care is needed, we’ll connect you to the right specialists near you — at no cost.

    You may see Orthoguyz providing licensed in person athletic training services in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

    Is my information secure?

    Yes. Your privacy matters to us. All communication through Orthoguyz is handled through secure, encrypted systems that comply with HIPAA standards to keep your personal and health information protected.

    How do schools partner with Orthoguyz?

    Are you replacing athletic trainers?

    Absolutely not. We aim to fill the gap for schools that don’t have a certified athletic trainer on staff. We provide injury support, not emergency care or full-scale on-site coverage.

    Can you help with return-to-play clearance?

    While we guide safe recovery and offer advice, we do not clear athletes for return to play. We can help you find a local provider or specialist when clearance is needed.
