Orthoguyz Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Orthoguyz, we strive to provide exceptional virtual orthopedic coaching, educational resources, and digital rehabilitation programs. Because our services include both digital products and live consultations, our refund terms vary by product type.
1. Video Consultations & Orthoguyz Coaching Sessions
All virtual consultations with Orthoguyz coaches require full payment at the time of booking.
No refunds are available for completed or missed consultations.
Because these services involve dedicated time from a licensed professional, all sales are considered final.
If you need to reschedule, please contact Orthoguyz at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. Rescheduling is not guaranteed for late changes or no-shows.
2. Orthoguyz Fix-It Programs (Digital Download Products)
We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Orthoguyz offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy on all Fix-It Programs.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your digital rehab plan, simply contact us within 30 days of the purchase date, and we will issue a full refund.
After 30 days, all digital product purchases become final.
3. Bracing, Supports, and Physical Products (Affiliate Partner Items)
Orthoguyz recommends certain braces, supports, and recovery tools through affiliate partner links (e.g., Amazon, brace companies, wellness retailers).
These items are not sold directly by Orthoguyz.
All returns, exchanges, and refund requests for physical products must be handled through the retailer or manufacturer.
Orthoguyz does not manage or participate in the return process for affiliate-linked products.
Orthoguyz does not guarantee that any recommended product will provide pain relief, symptom improvement, or specific clinical outcomes.
4. Subscription & Enterprise Agreements
Refund terms for school partnerships, employer plans, athletic department subscriptions, or enterprise agreements are governed by the individual contract for each organization.
Unless otherwise specified, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

6. Fraud Prevention
Orthoguyz reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, or repeated refund claims.
