Welcome to Orthoguyz (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Orthoguyz website, Navi AI, digital products, virtual consultations, and all related services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. Nature of Services

Orthoguyz provides virtual orthopedic coaching, injury triage, education, and general wellness guidance delivered by licensed athletic trainers.
We do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or medical advice.

Our Services are not a substitute for care from a licensed physician, physical therapist, chiropractor, or other medical professional.
If you have symptoms that may require medical evaluation or emergency treatment, you must seek care from a qualified healthcare provider.

Orthoguyz does not prescribe medications, order imaging, or perform in-person assessments.

2. Eligibility

To use Orthoguyz Services, you must:

Be 18 years or older, or have a legal guardian provide consent.
Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Use the Services only for lawful purposes.

Use of the Services does not create a patient–provider relationship, physician–patient relationship, or legally binding medical relationship.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Orthoguyz, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete information about your symptoms and activity level.
Use recommended exercises or Fix-It Programs safely and within your abilities.
Seek appropriate medical care when advised by an Orthoguyz coach or system.
Not use the service for medical emergencies.

You acknowledge that results vary, and Orthoguyz makes no guarantees regarding symptom improvement, injury resolution, or athletic performance.

4. Virtual Consultations

Orthoguyz virtual consultations provide generalized orthopedic coaching and triage guidance only.
Consultations do not include:

Diagnosis
Treatment
Prescriptions
Medical paperwork
Imaging orders
Work injury documentation

You are responsible for deciding whether to follow any advice or recommendations.

Payment is required prior to scheduling and is non-refundable (see Section 10).

5. Navi AI

Navi AI is an educational tool powered by artificial intelligence.
By using Navi AI, you acknowledge:

Navi is not a clinician and does not provide medical advice.
All responses are informational only.
Navi’s guidance should be confirmed through human consultation or a licensed medical professional when appropriate.

Orthoguyz is not responsible for actions taken based on AI-generated content.

6. Digital Products (Fix-It Programs)

Fix-It Programs, e-books, and digital downloads are intended for self-directed wellness and educational use only.

They are not individualized medical rehabilitation plans and are not tailored to specific medical conditions outside general symptoms described.

You agree not to:

Share, redistribute, or resell digital products.
Use Fix-It Programs as a replacement for licensed medical care.

Refunds are available under our 30-day refund policy (see Section 10).

7. Enterprise Services

Schools, teams, and businesses may purchase Orthoguyz Enterprise Services.
These Services include:

Access to Navi AI
Fix-It Programs
Optional virtual consultations
Injury triage for student-athletes or employees

Pricing depends on enrollment size and selected features.
Enterprise Services do not establish a medical provider relationship with students or employees.

8. Affiliate Products & Recommendations

Orthoguyz recommends braces, gear, and recovery tools through affiliate partners such as Amazon and medical suppliers.

Orthoguyz does not manufacture or ship these products.
All returns, defects, and refunds are handled by the merchant.
Orthoguyz is not responsible for product outcomes, effectiveness, or guarantees of pain relief.
Orthoguyz may earn commissions from purchases made through affiliate links.

9. No Medical Emergency Use

Orthoguyz is not for medical emergencies.
If you are experiencing:

Severe pain
Fracture concerns
Numbness or loss of function
Sudden swelling
Shortness of breath
Chest pain

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

10. Payment, Refunds & Cancellation

Payment is required before any virtual consultation.
No refunds are offered for completed or scheduled virtual consultations.
Digital Fix-It Programs may be refunded within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.
Affiliate product returns must be handled directly with the seller.
Orthoguyz does not guarantee symptom improvement or pain resolution.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Orthoguyz website — including:

Logos
Branding
Icons
Fix-It Programs
AI prompts
Images
Copywriting

is the property of Orthoguyz and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orthoguyz is not liable for:

Any injury resulting from use of our Services
Misinterpretation of AI or coaching results
Delays, technical issues, or service interruptions
Use of affiliate products
Decisions or actions based on Orthoguyz guidance

All Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our Services at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law rules.
